Graham Pruitt did an exceptional job getting us (first-time home buyers) up to speed with everything we needed to know. He was very responsive to all of our needs and requests.
Graham is amazing. He has done so much for us and been there for us every step of the way. He made everything easy and always made sure to explain everything to us. He answered our calls at any time and was always patient with our many questions. He didn't make us feel silly for asking him anything. And he would always get back to us if he couldn't answer right away. He was in I'm constant contact with our real estate agent and made sure she was in the loop during the whole process. He was able to get us money back that we weren't expecting to get and helped us so so much.
The team worked as one unit. Everyone was willing to help answer my questions, and I had a lot of them. They were extremely helpful during documentation gathering process and also very patient with me with not having computer access. The document upload process was easy and helpful, and the ability to create an account and have access to all my documents before closing was great and allowed for the closing to go very smoothly. the team walked me through the what to expect during closing process and explained all the different documents I would be signing. In addition, everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable about the entire process and was always willing to help.
